Good morning!! I'm here with another card to share. I dug into my mom's stash of printed Inktegrity images, she always has some extras printed just in case, and found this fun fairy. I hope you like my card.
Isn't this a fun image? I colored her with colored pencils. The DP is Recollections and the cs is from World Win. I punch the flowers with my mom's punch.
Hi, I'm very excited to be participating in my very first blog hop. I hope you will be inspired by the projects you'll be seeing today. You should have come here from my mom Rhonda's blog, if not please start at the beginning on Michelle's blog. I know you will want to see all the talent and inspiration there is today to Go Green.
For my project I decided to repurpose an empty box left over from when my baby sister got her new hearing aids. My mom didn't want to throw it away and it was just sitting in the closet, so I used it to make a nice box for my treasures.
Here is the box before I redid it.
Here is the top of the box. I used scraps of paper from my mom's stash to make this box. The flowers are some from her stash also and weren't being used. She helped me write my name with glitter.
Here's the front of the box. The ribbon is some I got on clearance at a local store. The lace was a find at the DI.
Here is the inside of the lid.
And the whole inside of the box.
Thanks for taking a look. I hope you have been a little inspired. From here you go to Ellen's blog.
I recieved an award today from Barbara at Barbara's World of Whimsees. How sweet. She has a great blog, you'll have to go take a look. It was hard for me to find 10 blogs to share with (I had to have my mom help me, and since Barbara gave it to all her followers, my mom got it too). We finally found them and here is the award and the lovely blogs I will share it with.
For this award the rules are: Choose 10 bloggers, notify and link to each one and also link to the person who sent you the award.
I was so worried my mom wouldn't be able to help me get this posted today. We had a busy day and have only been home for a little while.
Here is my entry for Challenge #2 at Karen's Doodles Kids Challenges, which was a sketch.
I used A Present for Mom from Karen's Doodles. The cardstock is from Georgia Pacific and World Win. The DP and brads are from my mom's stash and the ribbon came from Wal Mart. The sentiment is from My Favorite Things.
I had fun making this card and following my first sketch.
